SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All MOUSSÉA orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

We currently ship using DHL or Ninja Van, depending on the destination and delivery requirements.

SHIPPING FEES

West Malaysia
Standard Delivery — RM8 for orders below RM150
Free Delivery — for orders RM150 and above

East Malaysia
Standard Delivery — RM45 for all orders
Free delivery is currently not available for East Malaysia.

Singapore
International Delivery — from RM38
The final shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be shown at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

West Malaysia — 2–4 working days
East Malaysia — 3–7 working days
Singapore — 3–7 working days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary during public holidays, peak periods or due to circumstances beyond the courier’s control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Please allow some time for the courier’s tracking system to update after your parcel has been collected.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check that your name, delivery address and contact number are correct before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us at our official email as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change before dispatch, but we may not be able to amend delivery details once your parcel has been handed over to the courier.

DELIVERY DELAYS

We do our best to have every MOUSSÉA order delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.
